Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll help lead a talented kitchen team serving handcrafted pizza, elevated pub fare, and food that pairs perfectly with our award-winning beer.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, develop your team, and keep the kitchen running efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We’re looking for a Bar Manager who is passionate about hospitality, loves developing people, and takes pride in running an organized, welcoming, and high-performing bar. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, coaching bartenders, sharing their knowledge of craft beer and beverages, and leading every shift with confidence and positivity.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll serve as a key holder and Manager on Duty while overseeing the day-to-day bar operation. You’ll help maintain our beverage program, train and mentor the bar team, manage inventory and ordering, and ensure every pint, cocktail, and guest interaction reflects the high standards our guests have come to expect from Silver Branch.
