The Shift Leader will ensure an excellent guest experience by motivating and leading a team of hospitable and knowledgeable team members. Elevating the standards for taproom service, beverage knowledge, and floor sales is a key function of the Shift Leader role. The Shift Leader will work directly with the General Manager to design and execute excellent taproom experiences for our guests every single day.
The Shift Leader must have strong organizational and administrative skills. Another major function of this position is ensuring that systems are implemented by staff through mentoring, training, and monitoring. The Shift Leader will manage the floor at least 3 days per week (up to 5 days per week) and be responsible for assisting with ongoing education, training, and POS management, all while ensuring a clean, sanitary, and organized taproom.
