Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, Comet & El Dorado. This west-coast double IPA is fermented with Kölsch yeast that lends just a little bit of fruity esters and helps to crisp up the body a bit. Notes of orange, grapefruit, and pineapple tag along with a floral, resinous hoppy bitterness.  Lightly toasted malt character and a little wheat adds to a rich mouthfeel.
