Silver Branch will stop at nothing as we sail to new horizons in search of beer excellence! Beyond the Gnome World is a classical saison, brewed with pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and a blend of Saison yeasts from two Belgian breweries! 2020 GABF Gold Medal Winner in the Classic Saison category.
A black beer with a pronounced roasted flavor, often similar to coffee. The balance can range from fairly even to quite bitter, with the more balanced versions having a little malty sweetness and the bitter versions being quite dry. The roasted flavor can be dry and coffee-like to somewhat chocolaty. Draught versions typically are creamy from a nitro pour.

A blond, bitter, hoppy table beer that is very dry and highly carbonated. The aggressive fruity-spicy Belgian yeast character and high bitterness is forward in the balance, with a soft, supportive grainy-sweet malt palate, and a spicy-floral hop profile.
Our tart gose with cherry and lime is the perfect companion to DC’s famous cherry blossoms. It features floral notes of hibiscus and elderflower that compliment the fruit and the touch or coriander and Himalayan pink salt.

Brilliant red color with shades of ruby. Delicate aromas of black currant and raspberries. Nice round mouth on tender tannins.
Independant Tempranillo. 100% organic from the Bajo Aragon region in Spain. It has a clean and fruity aroma, typical of the Tempranillo grape (strawberries and blackberries), with a red purple – maroon color. In the mouth it presents itself extraordinarily gentle. Full bodied and with an excellent balance between the tannic and acidic sensations. The aftertaste is fresh, pleasant and long lasting in the mouth.
Ẽquoia Pinot Noir from Monterey, CA is silky and balanced, and opens with aromas of Black cherry and plum that lead into notes of Bing cherry and raspberry. On the palate, bright red fruit notes are under pinned by earthy forest floor, followed by hints of vanilla and toasty oak spice for a long smooth finish.
Schumann Nägler Riesling. Light lime and heavy peach notes, off-dry, light, and acidic.
This French Cabernet Sauvignon from Pays d’Oc has firm tannins and full and rich taste, including such notes as black currant, as well as woodsy flavors, such as cedar, oak, and herbs.
Flannery Hill Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Has notes of Passionfruit and orange blossom combine with layers of citrus aromas. The palate has distinctive flavors of grapefruit and blackcurrant along with a sprinkling of pineapple on the finish, while being rich and textured with a mouth-watering acidity.
Monterey County, CA. Aromas of red apples and pear are followed by a lively blend of tropical fruit and citrus flavors. Striking the perfect balance of a rich, creamy palate with firm acidity.
Tiroliro Vinho Verdhe from Minho, Portugal. The wine is off dry, fruity and refreshing. It has lively citrus acidity as well as sliced apple crispness. The wine has the lightest prickle on the tongue, leaving a bright aftertaste.
