Amerigo Vespucci unwittingly gave rise to lager by bringing a cold-tolerant Patagonian yeast home to hybridize with Eurasian brewing yeast. We brewed Vespucci as a crisp, classic German Pilsner with a decidedly non-traditional small dry hop addition. Happy exploring!

Many myths surround Bock—the malty lager whose name means “goat” in German. It’s certainly not the residue left at the bottom of the tank! And despite goats having become closely associated with Bock, it’s not named after a goat but rather the city of Einbeck. Lightly hopped with traditional Hallertau Mittelfrüh, personally, we believe Golden Goat is probably the G.O.A.T.

Croix D’or Syrah Rosé, from Languedoc, France. A refreshingly crisp, dry, medium-bodied rose made from Syrah exhibiting a brilliant Coho salmon hue. Pleasant and supple on the palate with floral and berry notes.
Independant Tempranillo. 100% organic from the Bajo Aragon region in Spain. It has a clean and fruity aroma, typical of the Tempranillo grape (strawberries and blackberries), with a red purple – maroon color. In the mouth it presents itself extraordinarily gentle. Full bodied and with an excellent balance between the tannic and acidic sensations. The aftertaste is fresh, pleasant and long lasting in the mouth.
Malbec is dry, full-bodied, and exhibit rich, dark fruit nose and flavors like blackberry and red plum. They’re juicy and jammy, with notes of vanilla, tobacco, dark chocolate, and oak, with medium acid and moderate levels of tannins,
Ẽquoia Pinot Noir from Monterey, CA is silky and balanced, and opens with aromas of Black cherry and plum that lead into notes of Bing cherry and raspberry. On the palate, bright red fruit notes are under pinned by earthy forest floor, followed by hints of vanilla and toasty oak spice for a long smooth finish.
Schumann Nägler Riesling. Light lime and heavy peach notes, off-dry, light, and acidic.
Flannery Hill Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Has notes of Passionfruit and orange blossom combine with layers of citrus aromas. The palate has distinctive flavors of grapefruit and blackcurrant along with a sprinkling of pineapple on the finish, while being rich and textured with a mouth-watering acidity.
Tiroliro Vinho Verdhe from Minho, Portugal. The wine is off dry, fruity and refreshing. It has lively citrus acidity as well as sliced apple crispness. The wine has the lightest prickle on the tongue, leaving a bright aftertaste.
