The Fellowship of the Wandering Brewers came across a wonderful new hop from distant New Zealand, brimming with notes of peach, passionfruit, and pineapple. Using their favorite cool-fermenting yeast, they forged a crisp, clear and mildly bitter concoction that is explosively fruity.
