FAQ for Biergarten Re-opening

Are you open?

  • Yes! Our patio is re-opening on June 5 by reservation only. You can book your reservation here. While we have always welcomed children and will again in the future, at this phase of re-opening we can only welcome guests who are 21 and over. Photo ID will be checked upon arrival.

What are your hours?

  • Our storefront hours remain 12pm – 8pm for beer, wine, cocktails, and food to go.
  • On our patio, we will accept reservations from Wednesday through Sunday, 3pm – 9pm. Available reservations can be found here

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

  • Yes! We are still dog friendly.

Am I allowed to bring my own food?

  • While we normally allow guests to bring outside food, at this phase of re-opening we will not allow outside food or beverages.

Are you still doing delivery?

  • Yes! Please visit here for our online store.

Do I have to make a reservation?

  • Yes, our patio tables are reservation only, for and 21+ during this phase of our re-opening. There is a deposit required to hold your table, which will be applied towards your tab. Please visit here to make your reservation.

What if I need to cancel?

  • Should you need to cancel you may do so up to two hours before your reservation and receive a complete refund. Within two hours of your reservation time you may still cancel but Silver Branch may not be able to issue a refund.

Do I need to wear a mask?

  • We ask that all guests wear a mask when not seated at your table. Please arrive wearing a mask.

What are you doing to keep the place clean and safe?

  • We are requiring staff to wear masks and gloves, and to wash hands regularly. We conduct temperature checks when staff arrive. Tables are located 6ft apart and cleaned between guest visits.

What are the payment procedures?

  • At this phase of re-opening we will not be accepting cash payments. You will be sent a link for contactless payment processing system.

Special Safety Measures

Silver Branch is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff alike. We will be complying with national, state, and county safety regulations, and request that our guests help to ensure a safe and comfortable visit for everyone. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis we will require all guests to follow some unique procedures which include:

  • Please do your utmost to maintain 6 feet distance from other individuals
  • Masks are required except when sitting at your table, including while going to your table and when entering Silver Branch to use the restroom
  • Reservations will be required during this time to avoid crowding
    • If you cancel your reservation 2 hours in advance your fee will be refunded
    • In the event of inclement weather, Silver Branch may have to cancel your reservation. If we do, your reservation deposit will be refunded.
  • Please bus your own table by placing your cups and dishes in a trash receptacle
  • To maintain social distance, please remain at your table unless using the restroom
  • To be fair to other patrons, we request that you do not linger when your reservation ends
  • Please refrain from bringing outside food
  • A maximum of 6 people are permitted per table
  • There won’t be menus, you’ll communicate with your server about available options or refer to our designated chalkboards upon arrival
  • Well-behaved dogs are allowed

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Should you need to cancel you may do so up to two hours before your reservation and receive a complete refund. Within two hours of your reservation time you may still cancel but we cannot issue a refund on your deposit. We will hold your table for up to 30 minutes after the start time of your reservation, after which it will be released for other guests to enjoy in the event that you do not show up.
